In our offer of 84 apartments we have configurations of 2+kk (T1), 3+kk (T2) and 4+kk (T3), as well as duplex apartments 3+kk (T2) with private parking space at a separate entrance. On the top 8th floor there are luxury penthouse penthouses with swimming pool and layout 4+kk (T3) or 5+kk (2xT4). All apartments have a balcony or terrace. The main town of Praia on the island of Santiago provides everything you need. Payment terms:
- 20% deposit within five working days of signing the contract.
- 30% deposit within six months of signing the contract and after completion of the first phase of construction.
- 30% down payment within twelve months of signing the contract.
- 15% deposit within five days of notification of completion.
- Further payment of 5% within five days after final approval and signing of the proposal for registration of the new owner in the Land Registry
